Write and administer the subcontracts
Write and expedite purchase orders
Write work and bypass plans, engineer shoring plans
Expedite and review all submittals
Create and update the CPM schedule Make and track the cost codes
Staff and oversee the site supervision and equipment allocation
Coordinate equipment and materials deliveries
Estimate and submit requested change orders
Notify and track delays and claims
Update quantities, agree to, and submit monthly pay applications
